Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of Kiro, an AI phone receptionist service operated by Kiro Solutions Inc. ("Kiro," "we," "us"), Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By using Kiro, you agree to these terms.
The service
Kiro answers, records, and transcribes calls on your behalf; books appointments; takes messages; answers routine questions; and passes calls to you when needed. Calls are handled by an automated AI assistant, not a live person.
Beta
Kiro is currently offered as a free beta while we build alongside real businesses. During beta, the service is provided as-is, may change or have interruptions, and features may be added or removed. We ask beta participants for honest feedback. Either of us can end participation at any time.
Fees
Kiro is free during your beta period. If you continue after paid plans begin, pricing starts at $179 CAD per month, and we'll tell you the terms before any charge. There is no long-term contract — you can stop using Kiro at any time.
Your responsibilities
- Use Kiro lawfully and only for your own business.
- Provide any call-recording notice and obtain any consent required by the laws that apply to you and your callers. You are responsible for compliance with call-recording and privacy laws in your area.
- Keep your account details accurate and your login secure.
- Don't use Kiro to harass, deceive, or break the law, and don't attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.
Your data
You keep ownership of your business and call data. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data as described there.
No warranty
Kiro is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will handle every call perfectly. Kiro is a tool to help you catch calls — it doesn't replace your own judgment or staff.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiro Solutions Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost business or bookings, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You can stop using Kiro at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if needed to protect the service or others.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms as Kiro grows. We'll change the date above when we do, and material changes will be made clear.
